I need my research paper revised based on the feedback. Paper needs to remain between 1300-1500 words. Paper is attached.
Feedback: Your cover page looks good. Your formatting on your references page also looks fine. Double check to be sure that every source listed on your references page is also cited in your paper. Any that you did not cite in your paper should be deleted from your references page.
Your introduction works but is not enticing. As you revise, think about how you might add a hook or a surprising or memorable fact to support your thesis. Your conclusion was effective. 
Your subject headers help keep your paper organized, which is great to see. 
You did a good job incorporating your sources into your essay while retaining your voice. 
Be sure that each new paragraph is indented 1/2 inch.
The overall treatment of the topic is somewhat superficial. Meditation is a distraction from your core topic since it is not a form of exercise. You may consider omitting that and delving deeper into the benefits of yoga, for example.
